Get your headset working in minutes
Follow these simple steps to set up your new headset. Most headsets are plug-and-play, but here are some tips for the best experience.
Charge Your Headset
For wireless headsets, fully charge before first use. This typically takes 2-3 hours. USB headsets can be used immediately.
Connect to Your Device
USB headsets: Simply plug into any USB port. Bluetooth: Enable pairing mode (usually hold power button for 3 seconds) and connect via your device's Bluetooth settings.
Install Software (Optional)
For advanced features, install the manufacturer's software: Jabra Direct for Jabra, Poly Lens for Poly, or Axtel Configuration Tool for Axtel headsets.
Configure Audio Settings
Set your headset as the default audio device in your computer's sound settings and your communication app (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Test Your Setup
Make a test call to ensure both the speaker and microphone are working correctly. Adjust volume and microphone levels as needed.
