Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
• Items must not be damaged beyond normal inspection
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund amount: Full purchase price including original delivery cost
• Refund method: Same payment method used for the original purchase
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Bank processing: May take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the fastest service.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage/fault
• We'll arrange free collection and replacement or refund
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected
